Vault Shareware Software

Vault is a software tool you can use to store information. It allows you to organize your information into categories and sub categories that you specify.

You can search for information in your vault. You can browse the outline by expanding and collapsing items.

You can print your information and specify the formatting. Vault also has a print preview command.

You can send your vault notes to a colleague via email. You can cut/paste emails you receive into vault.

You can customize vault by clicking on Options – Settings. You can also customize fonts etc.

The toolbar contains Vaults most used commands. Rarely will you need to go to the drop down menus.

Vault is very useful to store documentation, notes, etc because of its ease of use.

The Toolbar provides quick mouse access to many Vault commands. If you leave the mouse above a toolbar button for a moment, help for that button will be displayed.

Tool Bar options:

Open a new document.

Open an existing document.

Save the active document with its current name.

Print the active document.

Send the selected outline items through electronic mail.

Dial the phone number in the current outline item's text.

Visit the web site(s) in the current topic.

Add a new outline item above the selected item.

Add a new outline item below the selected item.

Indent the selected outline items.

Un-indent the selected outline items.

Sort all outline items in alphabetical order.

Change the title of the selected outline item.

Delete the selected outline items, but allow subsequent pasting.

Copy the selected outline items for subsequent pasting.

Insert previously-cut outline items in a new position.

Delete the selected outline items.

Search for outline items containing specific text.

View outline items found by previous search.

Move the cursor forwards to the next search word.

Move the cursor backwards to the previous search word.

Go to the next item containing the searched-for text.

Go to the previous item containing the searched-for text.

Make the outline window as large as possible.

Make the text window as large as possible.

Display both the outline and text windows.

Display program information, version number, and copyright.

Display help for clicked on buttons, menus, and windows.

Vault is shareware. If you like the product you can register your copy for $25.

To get your own copy of vault:

1) Contact WCTS we will put a vault folder in your office COMMON folder.

2) You will run the setup.exe in the vault folder (it will put a vault icon in your programs group)

3) You can copy the Vault icon to your desktop

4) To customize your Vault: Click on Options - Settings
