Implementation Planning Meeting

For a better understanding of what this meeting is about, read the Implementation Planning section of the New Client Handbook.

Interviews will be conducted by Linda Kuestner, Account Representative from Datatel. Keiko Pitter and Susan Healy will be attending all sessions.

Purpose:

  1. Develop profile of Whitman College
  2. Address Whitman staff questions regarding project
  3. Develop Implementation Project Strategic Plan

Objectives:

  1. Present and describe project phases to broad audience.
  2. Determine Whitman's general processes, work-flows, project scope and reporting needs for each functional area.
  3. Discuss/determine individuals' roles during project.
  4. Discuss concerns, expectations and areas where improvement is most anticipated to determine Whitman College's project strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.
  5. Explain immediate next steps and team assignments.
  6. Present Draft Strategic Plan.
