HR/Payroll

• Doing great on Datatel.
• Identified next series of task and is proceeding with them.
• Starting a discussion on electronic timesheets. Might do a pilot with one department.

Residence Life

• Nelli continuing to do data entry. Nothing new.

Registrar

• Course info for the next semesters are in live. Start entering sectioins in live next week with times and instructors. Will then download schedule and send out to faculty for corrections.
• Faculty info in live.
• Working on transcript definitions.
• Working on data conversion with Ken.
• Planning mock pre-registration on March 23.

Financial Aid

• Discussing their part in mock registration and mock pre-bill.
• Have entered financial aid in legacy for their 10 test cohort for mock reg.
• Documenting what screens need to be completedly yearly.
• Documenting "needs analysis"
• Will start meeting weekly.

Admission

• Working on issues that have come up since going live.
  • Label printer - investigating various options.
  • Rules for assigning officers--not working with in live
• Training student workers and staff.
• Hired a temp to fix up problems caused by word substitutions.
• Looking into special forms.
• Communication Management - working on this, need more help with email.
• CollegeNet demo this afternoon. Keiko's note: after the demo, a decision was made to install CollegeNet. Keiko's will purchase the interface from Datatel

WebAdvisor

• we will be installing the new version --Java, open Web.

Jim Ply

• Mock pre-registration on March 23. Mock pre-bill on April 6. This is only for continuing students.
• There will be several more mock-registrations to test other aspects of the software.
• May 9-10 is another combined AR consulting.
