Laser Printing (Dominion Solution)

• Registrar's Office will come up with a report to be used for our first application.

Registrar

• Working on data conversion. Will be checking data legacy vs Datatel.
• Started entering information into Degree Audit module in live in preparation for consultant visit July 11-12.
• Working on arena registration.

Residence Life

• Got their returning student letters out using Datatel information.
• Got all their information entered for the bill.

Admission

• Still working on processes for aplications.
• Getting requests from other offices for information so having virtual fields created.

HR

• Student Payroll is going live next week. Will use admission student workers as a pilot project.

Financial Aid

• Need temp help to enter AWD week after next.
• Next week will start entering data on CREN - coordinating with Walter and Judy.
• Have on-site consulting two days next week to review processes and setup.

Business Office

• Going live with AR, AP and GL next week.
• Bill is ready to run next Tuesday.
• GL accounts are in live. They will leave this year open for a while - do not need to do year-end close yet.
