Admission

• They will be having Activities and Events Training
• Working on Sat elf import. Barbara H. is entering the translate tables
• Working on reporting
• Reworked AD officer rules
• Issues: queries and reports

Registrar

• Had two days of training on degree audit this week
• Will have more training on degree audit in October
• John Weston is working with Schedule 25. There is a question regarding maximum number of rooms that can be scheduled
• Busy with data conversion

Financial Aid

• Had a conference call with Rob from Datatel regarding FA maps last Tuesday
• Last Thursday spent day going over FA conversion maps with Ken
• Had Datatel consulting last Friday, with Susan DeYoung
• Did loan processing this week.
• Varga will check with Cindy to get someone to manually enter award information into Colleague

Jim Ply

• Financials went live – going well – no major issues
• Currently student payroll in process. They are creating position and attaching people to positions
• AP Voucher training classes are going on. Rich is teaching these classes
• Campus Organizations was installed this weekend. Formal training is scheduled for Barbara Panzl
