Residence Life

• All addresses have been entered for off-campus students.
• Start looking at roommate matching & lottery next week.

Registrar

• Survived registration with a certain amount of style and grace.
• Encountering problems in add/drop period with AR, overload checking, required labs, room conflicts.
• Rather concerned about getting transcript program from Datatel in time - Datatel has been working on it since February.

HR/Payroll

• Had a consultant from Datatel for 2 days this week. Found it very helpful. More work ahead - process mapping/improvement, training and consulting.
• Walter wants to streamline timesheet entry - feels they are spending too much time in this area.

Business Office

• Want to get a purchasing and travel card (to replace AmEx) and integrate it into Datatel somehow.
• Having difficulties with selecting vendors to pay.
• Starting to move balances from legacy to Colleague so will have budget reports available.

AR

• Problem with cash receipts not showing in the system when you select by term on ARIQ, ARAI. Only the charges show. Everything shows if you don't enter a term.
• Deferred payment plan statement still needs some work.
• Issues with finance charges not working as they should.
