Account Manager
Linda Kuestner has resigned from Datatel (effective April 30) so we have been assigned a new account manager, Juliet Oeffinger. Both Linda and Juliet will be here to conduct the Core Workshop on April 26.

Project Manager
We now have a Datatel Project Manager, Jim Ply. He is currently working with Contra Costa and will start here on June 1. He will try to join next week's IPT meeting by phone. He also plans to visit for a day in May. He will be a half-time project manager and will be here every other week.

Support Staff
The estimates for supplemental staffing during implementation have been approved. Offices should go ahead and hire the people needed. Talk to Cindy Waring if there are any questions.

Training Classes
We are still trying to schedule the financial aid training and the student services consulting.

WCTS Assessment Survey
Keiko has received many of the surveys back. Please return yours if you haven't yet.

Process Mapping Status
Stephanie has done a lot of process mapping. We've asked Datatel to schedule a consulting visit for the second half of May to work with Admission on process improvement. The Registrar's Office has also been busy mapping, and Varga will start next week.

Core Team
The Core Team has defined the general work flow for demographics and will now be working on demographic codes and standards.
