If you are running into difficulties, there are things you can try
before contacting WCTS.
If you are working with a screen (whether it be inquiry or data
entry),
- try Field Help
- Click on the field with which you are having a problem
- Press F1 or from the Help menu, select Field
Help
- try Process Help
- Make sure you are on the screen that's giving you problems
- Press SHIFT/F1 or from the Help menu, select
Process Help
You can try asking the Module/Task Team leaders. The following
are the
names of these leaders. You can e-mail by clicking on the name.
You can also view the membership
of these teams. Also, the available mailing list for the
implementation project is found as a secure document in the Pertinent Documents section.
You can also find out how another institution resolved the issue by
posting a message on the info-datatel mailing list. To post, you must first subscribe to the InfoDatatel.

subscribe info-datatel (for individual messages)
or

- To post a message to info-datatel, send mail to

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the list. This
will enable
other readers to scan for issues of interest to them and will
expedite the process.
