    What WCTS Can and Can't Do

    During the academic year, the first place to call for help is the Olin Hall Computer Lab at x5884 or Maxey Hall Computer Lab at x5899.

    You can also call the Help Desk at x4976, email helpdesk@whitman.edu, or visit WCTS Help Desk at Olin 168.

    Your first point of contact is the Help Desk. You can call 527-4976, email helpdesk@whitman.edu or visit Olin Hall, Rm 168. The Help Desk consultant will either answer your question or forward your inquiry to the subject expert.

    For information regarding hardware purchase, assistance with software evaluation/selection, or the use of instructional technology, contact Shannon Callister (x4948)
