Can I have a webpage, too? Are there any guidelines or restrictions?

Yes, you may create a webpage for yourself. There are, however, some guidelines and restrictions. You still have to follow the Acceptable Use Policy on your webpage.

What about MP3's and streaming audio? Can I download music?

Downloading and streaming MP3's is a very sticky area right now. Since they take up so much space and bandwidth, Whitman has been forced to restrict how much is downloaded. You can read more about this on the WCTS Policies page, under Blocked Internet Services/Functions.
