Olin Hall, Room 165 - houses 31 machines for student use. There are 23 Pentium and 8 Power Macintosh computers. For printing there is an HP LaserJet 4000 N, which is free for Whitman users (1 copy only, please). There is also a Tektronix 550 color laser printer available for $1.00 per page. There is a Consultant on duty at x5884 during lab hours, which are as follows: Monday-Thursday 8AM-1AM, Friday 8AM-10PM, Saturday 9AM-10PM, Sunday 9AM-1AM.
Hall of Science, Room 222 - the main Hall of Science Computer Lab has 5 Power Macintoshes and 3 Pentium machines. There is a scanner available as well as an HP LaserJet 4 and a color HP DeskJet printer. The black and white printing is free for users, again one copy only please, but the color printer is available only with permission from a professor. There are Consultants on duty in Sci. 222 noon-10:30PM on Sunday and 5PM-10:30PM Monday-Thursday.
Maxey Hall, Room 107 - resources include 25 Pentium workstations in the main portion of the lab plus 4 more workstation in the alcove (room 106). The alcove also houses a laser printer providing free print-outs for users. As with the other black-and-white printers, one copy only please. The lab is open 24 hours a day while classes are in session, and there is a Consultant on duty Monday-Thursday 8AM-1PM, Friday 8AM-10PM, Saturday 9AM-10PM, Sunday 9AM-1AM.
Penrose Memorial Library - has many computers and an HP LaserJet printer on the first floor available for general purpose use. There are 7 Power Macintoshes and 16 Pentium machines located in study carrels throughout the first floor, as well as 3 more Pentiums in the computer room across from the periodicals. Penrose is accessible to students 24 hours a day Monday-Thursday. The building closes at 10PM on Friday and Saturday nights, and opens at 8AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Math Lab, Olin Hall, Room 248 - has all new Linux workstations for calculus, modeling, and other Math department labs, and is primarily for Math Department use. This lab is reserved 1PM-4PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
