The Online Directory was down Thurday, January 21st from noon to 12:40 PM for routine maintenance.

People Search (https://webapp.whitman.edu/directory/) will not work while the Online Directory is down. Also, you will not be able to do name to email address lookups (i.e. in mail clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, pine and webmail) during the downtime.

The Zimbra email system (zimbra.whitman.edu) will be down Friday, Januray 15th from 5:00 to 6:00 PM for routine maintenance.

Zimbra Email System:

This only affects those using the Zimbra Collaboration Suite for email or calendaring. You will not be able to read or send email messages or access your Zimbra calender while the servers are down for maintenance. Email messages sent to someone on the Zimbra email system will be queued and will be delivered once the system is back online.

Zimbra was down from approximately 1-2:30am Wednesday (1/13) for a system upgrade. It was originally scheduled for 5-8 pm on Tuesday (1/12).
