This affects all staff who use scanned documents stored on document imaging system. You should not be working on any documents or files stored on docimage1 as you may lose changes or damage the documents that you have open while the servers are shut down. Make sure you close your files before 5:00 PM on Wednesday.

The Windows Cluster (winfiles) will be down this Wednesday (7/13/2011) from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm for routine maintenance.

Windows File Storage (winfiles):

This affects all faculty and staff using the winfiles cluster for network storage. You should not be working on any documents or files stored on winfiles as you may lose changes or damage the documents that you have open while the servers are shut down. Make sure you close your files before 5:00 PM on Wednesday. You may need to shutdown and restart your computer sometime after 7:00 pm to re-establish your connection to the network.

The voice mail server (Cisco Unity) will be down Wednesday, June 22nd from 5:00 to 9:00 PM for routine maintenance.

Voice mail (Cisco Unity):

This downtime affects the voice mail accounts for all on campus telephones. You will not be able to access the voice mail system while the server is down for maintenance. It will also not be possible for someone calling an on campus telephone number to leave a voice mail.
