WHAT THIS MEANS AND WHO IS AFFECTED:

Millenium Server (Natasha and Millusers-ts):

This affects users of the Millenium software only. For Millenium users, please be aware that failure to completely exit from the Millenium software before 5:00 PM may result in data loss or corruption. You may need to reboot your machine on Friday morning in order to re-establish contact with the Millenium server.

Millenium Reporting Server (Boris):

This affects users of the Millenium reporting server only. No reports can be scheduled or run while the server is down for maintenance. Any reports that are active when the server is shutdown will be aborted.

Visual Analyser Server (Va):

This affects users of the Visual Analyser Server only. You will not be able to access the Visual Analyser web site or data while the server is down for maintenance.

http://library.whitman.edu will be inaccessible during the downtime. You will not be able to perform catalog searches, renew or reserve library materials, or access your library account during the downtime.

NOTE: You will still be able to check out books during the downtime.
