Zimbra: downtime for maintenance
The Zimbra Email and calendaring system (zimbra.whitman.edu) will be down Monday, January 31st from 5-7pm for emergency maintenance. We did not have enough time to complete all of the required maintenance at noon, so we have to take Zimbra down again this evening to complete the required maintenance.

WHAT THIS MEANS AND WHO IS AFFECTED:

Zimbra Email System:
This only affects those using the Zimbra Collaboration Suite for email or calendaring. You will not be able to read or send email messages or access your Zimbra calender while the servers are down for maintenance. Email messages sent to someone on the Zimbra email system will be queued and will be delivered once the system is back online.
