Most Web Services were down Tuesday, March 23rd from 5:00 to 5:45 PM for routine maintenance.

Most services accessed via the web will be unavailable during the downtime. This includes the main Whitman webpage, Quack, Webadvisor, CLEo, the Workorder/Inventory system, the Whitman directory, People Search, EZProxy, Virtual Helpdesk, and the Online Password Changer.

The GoPrint Dashboard will be unavailable during the downtime, but GoPrint printing should function normally.

WhitMail will not be available during this downtime.

netFiles and Webmail will remain available during this downtime.

The Online Directory was down Wednesday, March 24th from 5:00 to 5:30 PM for routine maintenance.

People Search (https://webapp.whitman.edu/directory/) will not work while the Online Directory is down. Also, you will not be able to do name to email address lookups (i.e. in mail clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, pine and webmail) during the downtime.

We are having a problem with some computers on campus no able to reach some sites on the Internet. We are investigating the issue.
