netFiles: Issues with Mac Firefox 3.5

This only pertains to those who use netFiles on Macintosh.

Those that use the latest version of Firefox for Macintosh should be warned that using the new netFiles "advanced upload" feature could cause your browser to crash.

While this won't harm your netFiles in any way, you may lose work in other Firefox windows you have open.

The makers of netFiles are working on a fix for this issue, but in the interim, we recommend using the Safari web browser when using netFiles. We'll notify you once the issue has been resolved.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if I'm using the latest version of Firefox?

Select the "Firefox" menu item (to the right of the "Apple icon") and choose "About Mozilla Firefox." If the version number listed starts with "3.5," you are using the latest version.
What is netFiles "advanced upload"?
This is a new feature of netFiles that lets you upload multiple files and folders from your computer via drag and drop. This is not the default mode and must be enabled to use.
