The faculty/staff mailserver (marcus.whitman.edu) was down Monday, November 24th from 5:00 to 5:15 PM for maintenance.

CLEo was down from 5:00 - 6:00 pm Tuesday, Nov 25th, for routine maintenance.

All CLEo sites and mailing lists were unavailable during the downtime. Any messages sent to CLEo lists were queued for later delivery.

The campus telephone and voice mail systems were down for brief periods (each lasting no more than 5 to 10 minutes) on Monday, November 24th between 6:00 and 10:00 PM for routine maintenance.

We were upgrading the software that runs the telephone and voice mail systems for the campus. This required the server to be shutdown and restarted, which lasted no more than 5 to 10 minutes. The upgrade process involved several of these brief outages.
