The Zimbra Email System will be down this Thursday (5/22/2008) from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm for routine maintenance.

Zimbra Email System:

This affects all faculty and staff using the Zimbra Collaboration Suite for email or calendaring. You will not be able to read or send email messages or access the your Zimbra calender while the servers are down for maintenance. Email messages sent to someone on the Zimbra email system will be queued and will be delivered once the system is back online.

The Windows Cluster (winfiles) will be down this Wednesday (5/21/2008) from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm for routine maintenance.

Windows File Storage (winfiles):

This affects all faculty and staff using the winfiles cluster for network storage. You should not be working on any documents or files stored on winfiles as you may lose changes or damage the documents that you have open while the servers are shut down. Make sure you close your files before 5:00 PM on Wednesday. You may need to shutdown and restart your computer sometime after 7:00 pm to re-establish your connection to the network.
