Problems with the main web page (www.whitman.edu), portal pages, people search and images not loading or loading very slowly. The problem was traced back to a faulty network connection which has been taken offline. The web site should now be back to normal.

5:00 - 6:10 PM webmail.whitman.edu was down for emergency maintenance.
